After waking up, you simply need to synchronise your fitness watch with the Yoho Sports app and you will see your sleep as it really was. This tracking will enable you to develop a healthier sleep pattern.

To wake up pleasantly, you can set your wake-up times simultaneously in the app. The tracker then vibrates at the respective wake-up time, and an alarm clock symbol is shown on the tracker’s display.

Blood pressure / heart rate analysis

Our heart rate is a quick indicator of our current fitness and health. You should therefore check your heart rate regularly. Thanks to a sensor, the fitness tracker is able to determine both your current heart rate and your blood pressure. No unpleasant chest strap is required here – the measurement is carried out directly on your wrist. You can activate the heart rate measurement either directly on the watch or in the app.

Depending on your training goal, whether you are developing endurance or burning fat, you can thus ensure that you are exercising in the right heart rate zone. Occasional blood pressure monitoring is also useful in everyday training: This way, you protect yourself from overexertion and can adjust your training if necessary.

Fitness app Yoho Sports or FitPro

Depending on the model of the fitness tracker, it works with the free Yoho Sports app or the likewise free FitPro app. You can find out which app is suitable for your tracker in the enclosed user manual.

With both apps you can view your daily statistics at any time, check the results of your workouts, your sleep data and your activity history of the last weeks. So you can easily check on which days of the week you have reached your daily goals and can easily set new goals in the app.

You can easily download the App from the App Store or Google Play Store. The apps both sync easily with your Fit Track 1900 via Bluetooth. For high reliability and maximum ease of use, the apps are quality assurance-tested and extensively tested in Germany for every single function.

With the ‘Fit Track 1900’, your smartphone can stay in your pocket at all times – you will still know who is currently trying to reach you. The vibration alarm draws your attention to incoming calls and messages. A preview of the incoming notification is displayed on the 0.86-inch OLED display.

Search function

What happens if you put your fitness tracker down somewhere but can’t remember where? With the search function, the mislaid tracker can be quickly found again. Using the app, you can make the fitness bracelet vibrate – ensuring you can find it again quickly and easily.

Remote release for smartphone camera

The fitness tracker can be used as a remote release for a smartphone camera. To do so, you simply need to activate the remote release in the Yoho app. Then position the smartphone in such a way that you can take a lovely sports selfie, simply shake the fitness tracker on your wrist and you have a great photo – entirely without strain or camera shake.

Protection from rainwater

Rain or water jets won’t bother the ‘Fit Track 1900’. Thanks to protection class IP65, you can still go for a run in the rain.

Battery life

The battery life of our fitness tracker is a full four days if you use the device constantly. In standby mode, the battery can even last an impressive 8 days.
