The measurement functions for pulse, blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen provide you with orientation and help you to keep an eye on your health and activity. They are only suitable for general wellness and fitness purposes. The results are not intended for the detection, diagnosis (e.g. cardiac arrhythmia) or treatment of diseases or complaints. The integrated activity detection can automatically register and record the following activities: Walking, running, rowing, cross-trainer.
How can the smart watch help me achieve my fitness goals?

So you always have all your fitness data at a glance: set individual training goals, e.g. distance, calories or daily steps, to get fitter day by day.
